DYLAN DUNN
DIRECTOR / HEAD TRAINER
With over 9 years of experience in the racing industry as a professional jockey, Dylan has taken the next step in furthering his passion for thoroughbred racing and has since made the transition into training in 2022 as Head Trainer at his very own stable on the Mornington Peninsula, Dunn Thoroughbred Racing.

Having ridden the Queen's first winner in Australia, as well as winning Melbourne's 2016 Metropolitan Apprentice Title, it is fair to say that Dylan's extensive knowledge and time in the saddle allows him to get a deeper understanding and feel for your horse, thus being able to personalise his approach to their training schedule.
​
Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula, it makes the perfect base for his current stable of around 10 horses, as well as having both a pre-training and spelling facility, and is in close proximity to Mornington Racecourse where Dylan spends most his morning's at the track.

AMANDA
STRAPPER / STABLE HAND
Working alongside her son Dylan could only be classified as 'a dream come true', however, it is only natural for Amanda to transition across into the racing industry after having spent her whole life showing horses. Amanda holds a great love for these animals and loves working alongside them every day.

You'll find Amanda at most of our race days as well as at the track every morning.

Ally holds a Bachelor of Visual Art and Graphic Design, along with over 8 years of experience in customer service and social media management.

If you ever need a hand with your accounts or invoices she is your go-to girl.
